2. Are Lashberry™ lashes safe to use?

Yes. Lashberry™ products are designed with safety and comfort in mind. Our lashes are made with high-quality, lightweight fibers, and our adhesives are beginner-friendly and gentle on the eyes.

Most importantly, our products are KKM-notified, meaning they meet Malaysia’s official safety and regulatory standards for cosmetic use.

When applied correctly, Lashberry™ lashes are safe for daily wear.
3. How long do the lashes last?

Our DIY lash extensions can last up to 2 weeks with proper application and aftercare.

Other lash types are designed for daily or short-term wear depending on their category.
4. Is Lashberry™ suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Lashberry™ was created to be beginner-friendly. Most customers master the application within 1–2 tries, and we offer tutorials, guides, and daily live support.
5. Will the lashes feel heavy or uncomfortable?

No. Lashberry lashes are soft, ultra-lightweight, and designed to blend naturally with your real lashes made from PBT Korean Fiber. Many customers say they “forget they’re wearing them.”
6. Can I wear Lashberry™ lashes daily?

Yes. Lashberry lashes are designed for everyday wear.

We also offer daily glue lashes and preglued lashes, perfect for quick and effortless daily application.
7. Are Lashberry™ lashes reusable?

Yes. Most Lashberry lash styles are reusable up to 5 times with proper care.

Keep them clean and store them in their tray to maintain shape and quality.
8. Can I shower, sleep, or exercise with them on?

Our DIY lash extensions are water-resistant and stay on through sleep, exercise, and daily routines.

Daily-wear lashes (daily glue or preglued) should be removed before sleeping for hygiene and lash health.
9. How do I remove the lashes?

Removal is simple and gentle:

  • DIY Lash Extensions:

    Use our Lashberry Remover to break down the lash extension glue safely. Apply, wait a few seconds, and slide off without pulling.
  • Daily Glue & Preglued Lashes:

    Use a normal makeup remover. Gently wipe along the lash line until the lashes lift off easily.
10. What is included in the Starter Kit?

The Lashberry™ Starter Kit includes everything you need to start applying DIY lash extensions at home:

  • 1x Lash tray (your chosen style)

11. Where does Lashberry™ ship from?

We ship all orders from Malaysia with ready stock.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
12. How long is shipping?
  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
13. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, opened lash products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only offer replacements for items that are:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Damaged on arrival (with unboxing video proof)

Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

15. How do I make sure my DIY lash extensions last longer?

Follow these tips to achieve the best up to 2 week hold:

Before Application

  • Keep eyelids & lashes clean and oil-free
  • Avoid skincare near the eye area
  • Make sure natural lashes are fully dry

During Application

  • Place segments 1–2 mm above the waterline
  • Clamp gently to secure the bond
  • Use the right amount of Stick & Lock™ glue

After Application

  • Avoid water/steam for the first 24 hours
  • Avoid oil-based products
  • Do not rub or pull
  • Sleep on your back or side

Proper care keeps your lashes secure and long-lasting.
16. How do I clean my DIY lashes for reuse?

To keep your lashes reusable up to 5 times:

  1. Remove excess glue using the Lashberry Remover.
  2. Clean the lashes using lash cleaner to remove oil, dust, or makeup.
  3. Dry & store them back in their tray to maintain their shape.

Clean lashes stay fresh and last longer.
17. How do I clean my lashes while wearing DIY lash extensions?

You can keep your eye area clean without affecting the bond:

  1. Pump lash shampoo directly onto the eye area
  2. Clean gently around the lashes
  3. Rinse with water
  4. Pat dry (do not rub)
  5. Brush the tips once fully dry

This keeps your eyes fresh and your lashes long-lasting.
18. Is Lashberry™ Starter Kit meant for daily wear?

The Lashberry™ Starter Kit is designed mainly for DIY lash extensions, providing a longer-lasting hold.

While it can be worn daily, its main function is lash extension application.

For daily wear options, we recommend:
• Preglued Lashes – ready to use, no glue needed, perfect for quick daily wear
• Daily Glue – easier to remove and can last up to 48 hours, ideal for flexible daily use
