All content—including text, images, and designs—belongs to Lashberry™ and may not be copied without permission.

 

2. Product Information

We aim to display all products accurately; however, colours and appearance may vary due to lighting or device screens.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in MYR (Ringgit Malaysia).
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

 

4. Shipping Policy

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy:

• Processing time: 24–48 hours
• Delivery timelines vary by location
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers will not be the responsibility of Lashberry™

 

5. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, opened lash products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Replacements are only available for:

• Wrong item shipped
• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged items (with unboxing video proof)

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

 

6. Safety & Allergies

Lashberry™ products are for external use only.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Not recommended for customers with active infections or immediately post-eye surgery.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Lashberry™ is not responsible for:

• Allergic reactions
• Misuse of products
• Shipping delays caused by external carriers
• Payment gateway issues
• Losses arising from incorrect addresses
