Refund policy

For hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened lash products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item sent
  • Damaged upon arrival (with unboxing proof)

All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order and must include clear photo/video evidence.

Lashberry™ reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the criteria above.
